My apartment constantly smells like marijuana. I’ve called the office several times and emailed them about it. I was told that because I didn’t know exactly what apartment it was coming from that the best they could do was send out letters to the surrounding apartments but they didn’t even go through with that. I have a 3 year old and a 2 month old. Clearly they don’t care about their residents.
The complex is constantly changing management companies and none of the employees care about the tenants. I did not have a working hot water heater unit for two weeks now I have no AC for the past four days. This has to be a nightmare. To make it worst we are experiencing a hurricane and my unit is 95 degrees. It’s cooler outside.
personally I like to see when people put money back into their apts. I've lived in plenty of places where management or maintenance didn't seem to care. and thankfully this place isn't that. I would recommend this place.
