Worked with them for pool resurfacing, equipment update and pool maintenance. Solid job on the repair work and maintenance. However, they are not responsive and it takes many tries to get through to Jay. Also, they performed a major equipment replacement ($ thousands) when I thought I approved a minor repair ( $ hundreds). In retrospect I should have gotten a written estimate instead of providing a verbal approval for something that sounded minor, so, I would advise that you get everything in writing and avoid an unpleasant ... read more

Best pool work in Ventura County!
Jay is the best! My salt system was trowing general fault codes. I called several other companies and they told me over the phone I would have to replace and upgrade my system "brain" costing near $1000. Jay came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced the back board and fixed it for $300. I also had a motor problem that I though would cost hundreds of dollars. Jay told me that it was a condenser gone bad and told me where to get one and how to easily repair. The part cost me $23.00. It is hard to competent and honest these day... read more
