my husband had an appointment and a day before the appointment they said there machine broke down and had to reschedule which was understandable. A girl from clinic then called and said that we were double booked so no machine was broken down, someone had just booked him incorrectly. She then proceeded to call him ‘ an arab’ when he was being very understandable and refused to give a refund for the deposit he had paid a few weeks ago.
