Within the first 5 mins of James arriving to my house I KNEW Id likely be giving him a 5 star review! I called him asking him for a quote to replace my whole filter system- he gave me a date and time- and showed up when promised! He looked at what I had, and listened to what I was wanting, even answered many questions I had in general (when most companies only quoted me over the phone or had a 2week wait for an appointment).
