The sales rep was very helpful to get us the spa we would need and be happy with. The delivery and setup crew were polite, helpful and dedicated to get things done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend their products to anyone looking for a long lasting, economical spa.
Bought an above ground pool from the pool and spa show in ***. I expected many vendors but when we got there it was ONLY aqua haven. That should have been a red flag. My mistake. When asked if the pool we were buying was actually in ***, ***** looked me in the eye and said, yes maam, its in our warehouse in ***. What a joke! A week later, still no pool! Thanks for your review! We appreciate you taking the time to post this. Thank you attending our annual sale at the fairgrounds! The time line on the pool was a little different as you described. Purchase was made on Friday, April 30th. We let you know you could pickup the pool on Monday, May 10th, which your husband didn’t want to do so. So we gave him a refund on May 7th. Thank you!
Had an above grown pool installed and within a year the t-cell went out and we have to replace a top rail but unfortunately the original service manager Zach (OKC) that I had talk to about getting it fixed, left the job and the new service manage has not helped one bit. I will never get another pool from this company. Let a lone refer anyone to them. We are now without a pool this summer unless we fix the problems ourselves. Sorry excuse of customer service.

For the most part Aqua Haven was great and we had a great experiencing .The problems installing were not their fault. We paid extra for a safety ladder because we have 8 grandkids. They sent the wrong safety ladder, which we could have overlooked, but it has been a piece of crap! It wont stay together, when you climb up the ladder the screws pull out of the inside ladder and it falls apart.
