This is definitely a deep tissue massage. It will leave you sore the next day, but it is a loose, pleasant sore. It is great for my fibromyalgia.
RecommendedGot a foot and chair massage today and it felt great. She could obviously tell where my problem areas were and worked out the kinks quiet nicely. I will be going back.
I have seizures and usually it takes me a day or 2 to feel normal. I had one this morning and my body hurt so badly all day. I went and got a table massage this evening. I feel so much better. she knew what spot hurt without me telling her. I am just gonna go straight there after a episode from now one.
I have been getting regular massages for years. They are never able to get the back of my neck and shoulders good. I had a 30 minute chair massage and it is very obvious he can tell where the problem areas are. I'm sore but he worked out all kinds of mess in that area. I am going back again this week.

My husband and I got a 30 minute massage yesterday and it was such a waste of money. Our massages were so painful and we both woke up this morning in so much pain we were expecting to see bruises all over our backs! I am in a ton of pain, wish we had never gone.
