Rude and unprofessional. Don’t do business with this company. Tony showed up to my house with no clue what he was here for. There is no communication between workers and office. Tony asked me what seemed to be the problem and I told him I’m not really sure. Tony answer me “well don’t you live in this house. Your supposed to know what’s going on” with a attitude. Aquaflow responded immediately to my call. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He had the leak under the toilet bowl diagnosed and repaired quickly. I would recommend them to anyone!
They came out when a home warranty company assigned them. But after finding out 85 yr old mom was without gas 2 days in Cgo, Tony made sure air testing got all the leaks and kept at it until he found all and repaired them for 7 hours then took us through the repairs and called the gas company right away so we would have heat asap. He was understanding and made sure mom understood, and gave her a written copy when he found out she doesn't have internet. I highly recommend them especially if you have aged persons involved.
