Gino was responsive and helpful during a recent project proposal in Oak Park.
Used the online contact form, and three weeks later got a call from Sue to schedule an appointment. Nobody showed up at the scheduled time, no call. The next day Sue seemed almost irritated that I was bringing up the no-show.
