Not sure what to think of this company. Install of LED light went great last summer. Friendly staff and installers. Opened pool prior to Memorial Day weekend and light was not operable. Called several times since then regarding warranty and have not received return call. It's now almost July. UPDATE: technician showed up and delivered exceptional service. Very happy. Would recommend 100% satisfied
Nobody ever answers the phone or calls back. I’ve called numerous times this week, left messages, and not a single call back. THE worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Most definitely would not recommend or use them in the future.
Ashley and his guys just finished the install of a new liner for our pool. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Excellent communication which was impressive given all of the rain and Memorial Day. Ashley would always send updates of any time line changes and gave realistic estimates which is very refreshing. We were in need of a liner replacement and a friend recommended (Ashley) Aqua Dynamics. He came out for an appointment and explained how they would do the replacement. While he assessed the liner, we expressed concerns with the bottom of pool. Ashley recommended resurfacing bottom of pool only after removing liner and seeing the severity of the problem. I can't say enough good things about Ashley and the rest of the crew. They are super responsive, highly knowledgable, and got my pool fixed up in no time. After we struggled with keeping my pool clear with other vendors, Aqua Dynamics installed a new salt water system for us about a month ago and since then my pool has been so easy to keep up with and gorgeous all the time. I wish I'd called them much sooner. Thanks so much guys!
Aquadynamics is awesome. My pool pump died on a Friday. I was frantic and contacted Ashley Martinez. Ashley sent his crew and they installed a whole new unit. The old one was the original and had seen better days. Thank you Ashley for being there for me!!! Aquadynamics also solved my underground water issues which had previously damaged 3 liners.
