From the first time I called Aqua Duck Plumbing, I was greeted with prompt and courteous service! They scheduled me quickly and the technician was knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after himself. And best of all my problem was fixed and I didn't have to look back. I have had them out to clear clogged drains from the bathroom to the kitchen; replace my water heater and replace my kitchen faucet. I love the faucet they recommended and enjoy using it every day! Tony and his crew are all around first class. Tony, the owner is very understanding and reasonable( takes time to explain what's going on to me in laymen terms). Above and beyond that there price was very reasonable, less than the competition with a whole heck of a lot more customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone I know!!
Not happy with the owner of this establishment. Was very rude, condescending and gave a lecture on the phone over a misunderstanding.
We had a late night situation were we had no water and were provided immediate service. He worked late into the night to ensure my family could have running water again. Very knowledgable, honest and great value. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a great price!
