I purchased a brand new home 14 months back. The anode rod went out on a brand new water heater that apparently this company installed. The administrator emailed me with a very disrespect demeanor when I simply was asking if it was under warranty. What happened to good customer service?
The best service experience I have had with a plumber. Had a faulty tankless heater in a new home. Eric immediately diagnosed this stayed on hold with the manufacturer and was able to get the part. In addition he tested all the other aspects of the job and replaced some of the fixtures with higher end fixtures. 4 months later another issue arose and he facetime'd me to walk me through how to fix it. Incredible experience and nice hot showers.
Great service, they return calls, turn up when they say they will, are competent, professional, polite, knowledgabe - excellent experience, if you get Erik, you are in great hands.
