Had the strangest most amazing experience ever today Thankyou Sara !
I would never give this place a star !! They humiliated a customer saying she didn’t pay $20 . Wouldn’t let her get dressed and they invaded her personal space . In the end she had paid the $20 after watching the surveillance video just like she said!!!!!! Which I find disgusting!!
Do NOT... do NOT go to Aqua Day Spa. They harassed my wife over $20.... $20!!!!!! That my wife gave to them and they accused her of not doing and went and had to REVIEW SECURITY TAPE ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! Then wouldn't let her just get her money back and leave! Unbelievable!
Best. Spa. Ever. Every time I come to SD, this place is a priority. 15+ year customer.
I always feel so clean & relaxed after. A little torturous with the scrubbing and you have to overlook the fact everyone is naked but so worth it.
They tried to accuse my friend of stealing and not paying for services when it was them who screwed up.
On my infrequent visits to San Diego, this has been a great "go-to" place between meetings. I emerge refreshed, clean, detoxed, relaxed and ready for whatever. Having visited many Korean day spas, Aqua Day Spa is among the smallest. Yet, the compact space is designed well. And the facility is maintained with the highest of standards in cleanliness. Simple extras like having hot tea or coffee and a few crackers are nice touches when taking a break from soaking and sweating.
Went with a friend to this Spa. The woman at the desk was very friendly. She informed us of the services that they offer and what time(s) they could fit us in because we were not scheduled appts. and it was Saturday morning. We paid our fees and wen to the back area to wait for body scrub/massage. There were shower stalls, steam sauna, and dry sauna, also hot tub.
