Make sure you save all your receipts when you purchase their buy one get one free special laser sales and make sure the expiration date for your packages are on your receipts, especially when your told they never expire.

I loved this place. I went there to get my Botox injections before I got married, but of course after I got married, my husband decided for me that I do not need the Botox any longer..........well just to let you know, my divorce is at the end of July........ I will be back :)

Honestly, if I could give them negative stars I absolutely would. This place is the absolute worst. I almost never leave reviews, especially negative. Having said that, these people are only out to make money, no interest whatsoever in the clients. Not having a hairdresser in Clarksville I looked into several and decided upon them after reading reviews and finding them to be primarily positive. It was an absolute disaster! I have gone to Aqua since before opening in their new location but will never go again. I made an appointment for a Brazillian and color. The color alone took so long I had to cancel the Brazillian or miss another appointment. They kept my $150 deposit because of the cancellation. A bit pricey, wouldn't you say??? They seem to be more interested in making money than satisfying a long time customer! The appointment I would have missed would have taken months to reschedule. That's an emergency in my book. IN LOVE! I went to Aqua after living in Clarksville for over a year and was upset I didn't go earlier. The atmosphere was very welcoming when I went in. I brought in a picture of the kind of cut I was interested in and the stylist gave me exactly what I wanted. She gave me her professional advice on a couple things and was not pushy whatsoever. I can honestly say that it was the best cut I've ever had. Aqua will most definitely be my go-to salon while living in Clarksville.

Aqua Colour Lounge is the complete package salon. For starters, I was completely blown away by the physical appearance and presentation of the salon. The decor and vibe is unlike that of any salon I've been to in Clarksville. I felt like I was in a big city salon. I was also very impressed with the time and effort the stylist took with me to talk with me about the colors that would suit me best for my hi-lites. I've never gotten my hair done at this salon so I can't comment on that.....but I have had the best experience with the botox injections. The staff was very professional and I really felt comfortable with them. The doctor was wonderful and the injections was almost painless. I've heard high reviews about him with the Juvaderm injections and can't wait until he does mine. I rate this salon very high.............

I was very disappointed in this place. I called ahead of time to get a long feather put into my daughter’s long hair. The lady told me they had a selection of long feathers. I went back to remind them that we wanted a long feather. The lady assured me that she will come and get me before she put one in her hair. My daughter comes out with a short fat fluffy feather. I'm really 50/50 about this place. Yes, the decor was young and fresh, and everything was state of the art. My issue was that when I arived for my appointment, I was told that I was accidently scheduled during the stylist's admin time. That's fine, but a call would have been nice. So they got me in with another stylist 45 minutes later. Which, I should have just came back another day, because from them on, I felt rushed.
