Aqua Beauty Lounge is the best full service salon on the coast. Located in Harbor Village mall (Oceano Hotel) they offer Men's, Women's, and Children's Haircuts and same day service. They also do a great deal of weddings and other makeup services, and recently added nail services through THE Nail Bar. Make sure to ask for Jenny who is one of the owners and also a top stylist. Love this place.
