Unprofessional and unwilling to recognize their own mistakes. They care more about the bottom line than about representing actual humans. I was apparently put on PAUSE as a talent on their roster without being told because (according to them) complaints from casting. There were maybe two or three instances where I had to turn down an audition due to my job job, some I had booked out and they just forgot or messed up. No agent in California which is regulated by the state can charge you a dime for anything no headshots acting classes websites. They aren’t a SAG agent and they have zero connections with anyone or anything but your wallet. Report them immediately to the California regulations department for talent agents.
