Unprofessional and unwilling to recognize their own mistakes. They care more about the bottom line than about representing actual humans. I was apparently put on PAUSE as a talent on their roster without being told because (according to them) complaints from casting. There were maybe two or three instances where I had to turn down an audition due to my job job, some I had booked out and they just forgot or messed up.
