My father who has lung cancer was in St. Joseph hospital with pneumonia, and after the hospital completely ignored oxygen protocol for COPD and caused hypercapnic respiratory failure, Dr. Mandviwala was consulted and said the hospital did everything right and that no cancer doctor would touch him anyway due to his size. He called a bipap machine life support. I found the doctor to be rude. He kept us waiting in the room for 30 minutes before he entered with no apology.
Would definitely recommend the doctor to others.

Very good doctor and staff.
The doctor asked me 6 or 7 questions about my symptoms but did not let me finish a single sentence before interrupting and talking over me. He then ignored me completely and asked the same questions about my symptoms of the friend who accompanied me but does not live with me. He told my friend I don't have lung cancer, medication won't help, make a follow-up visit in 4 months. And walked out. So we walked out too and did NOT make a follow-up appointment.
Excellent doctor. Personable.
