My roommate Emma and I have had such a great experience here so far! We moved in 6 months ago and the management has been very helpful/responsive. The maintenance team is so kind, helpful, and prompt to addressing work orders. The building is quite, well-kept, and in a great location. Great place to live!
Congested area.
Nice apartments and customer service.
The walls are paper thin and there is really no way to deal with inconsiderate neighbors. We are also between an emergency clinic and an apartment complex for homeless people, so be prepared to be surrounded by the homeless and mentally ill. A woman who looks like a drug trafficker greets you every morning as you leave and enter the building, and a schizophrenic passes by pretty often screaming "get the xx away from me".
