The boss is a highly experienced mechanic — the work on my bike was done perfectly and excellent value for money
Wow these people are A1. Go there! I was in a bind and needed reasonably urgent help to fix up a mess I created with my bike after I sheared an axle bolt. Frank had a much better replacement part in stock, fixed it, and then helped me pack a gravel bike for shipping. And gave me some excellent advice I hadn't thought of to make my trip as hassle free as possible with the bike case. Excellent service, highly recommend!
Absolutely appalling ethics
My sons DF4 seat clamp was broken, no one else in the country stocks them. I probably rang 20 different bike shops and nearly gave up,. I seen AQ Bikes add on facebook, dropped a msg and Frank was really responsive , also had the part I needed. Posted straight away received it next working day, couldn’t be more happier with his service. Thanks
