This “apartment” was straight-up a scam wrapped in a pee-scented nightmare. The whole place reeked like a public toilet that lost the fight. The couch? Looked like it was dragged out of Shrek’s swamp, doused in urine, and then proudly set up as “furniture.” The stairs? Death trap. I had a 100% chance of breaking at least one bone trying to drag my suitcase up. Hope everyone doing well but I am not happy with them I had to pay $200 bond and when I left they said when everything is all good we will return it to you. It is now nearly 2 weeks I haven’t received and they don’t pick up calls. I don’t recommend this kind of services I have heard lots of bad stuff about this place I will mention them in my next review.

I booked a one-night stay in a one-bedroom, but at check-in I was assigned a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with no mention of any special conditions. We didn’t use the extra bedroom and simply used both bathrooms. After checkout, I was blindsided by a message saying the hotel would charge a $50 cleaning fee—I’m not refusing to pay, but as a regular guest, I’m very disappointed that none of this was explained at check-in. Poor communication and surprise fees leave a bad taste. Transparency matters—please do better.

Initially when I looked at the reviews I was a bit hesitant but the reviews on other booking platforms were quite ok so I still decided to try them out. My room was clean, odourless and really comfortable, did not see any bugs or dirtiness mentioned in the other reviews. I extended my stay from 4 nights to 6 nights! We drove a really big van so cannot park in their underground parking, Street parking is available but usually have to park at the end of the street when we return at night. Overall really happy with my stay.
