RecommendedFavorite place in Hoboken. The menu is carefully selected, authentic and reasonably priced. Pastas/pizzas are out of this world. The people that run Apulia are the best and create an awesome environment for a night out. The back patio is also a gem to eat outside.
Great food and relaxing atmosphere
The music is always fantastic- usually the Stones. But that just sets the mood for terrific inventive food.
New place in Hoboken. Good pizza and past menu. The salads are also very good. Nutella calzone is delicious. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Loved Apulia’s cozy rustic atmosphere and most of all the food!! Service was on key! My parents were born in Bari, Puglia and eating here brings me back home especially the Orrechiette pasta dish. My grandma would make them on Sunday. Drove from Howell NJ and worth the trip! Cant wait to come back! Carmela 🍷
