Angela is extremely professional and has made the moving in process so smooth and easy. I knew a little bit about the property’s past and was a little nervous, but I’m very pleasantly surprised with how many good changes have been made already. She’s very passionate about making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome here, and exceeds at doing so. Be careful, this place collects fees just like other places. My first personal experience with “Parkside Villas” was walking into the office on a random day and having a very pleasant conversation with the woman who was there (I don’t know her name, a chubby white woman). My lease at the time was ending very soon. I was told by this woman there was a 2 bedroom unit on the bottom floor that she could personally make sure was move-in ready by Sept. 1st, as I had to move out of where I was living Aug. 31st and would have nowher... read more
