I had Brad as my service pro today, I had just begun using Aptive because I was referred by a buddy of mine. Not only was I happy with the service as the sweep down the eves and remove webs, but because I was referred by a friend I received 30$ off my first quarterly!
Did a great job, provided great service, and were very informative. Sean and Dwayne helped me so much, there are no more spiders!
The entire team at Aptive is great to work with. My service techs were Brad and Dwayne. They listened to what my concerns were and treated those areas more heavily than normal. They also were happy to come back if I notice any little critters between visits. I am very happy with their service and have recommended them to several people already.
