I would like to thank Sean & Terrance for coming to our house to knock down unsightly spider webs wasp nets under the overhang in our residence. They were very courteous and explained all the do's and don'ts on a newly treated house. Our backyard is now ant free!!!

Andrew was very professional and courteous. Andrew explained about everything he was going to do and then afterwards told me what he did and found. I would definitely like to have him come for the next treatment.
Brad is the service specialist to treat our house in June. He did an excellent job in treatment as well as providing educational information. We would love to have him back next time!

Had a miscommunication about the service to be provided. My wife felt like she had been duped. We understood that the inside of house will always be sprayed without having to ask. It was not noted on the work order, we had to call the office to get it taken care of. Bradley (service person)also called the office to see what the issue was and he then noted on work order for next time to spray inside. He was professional and apologetic for the work order issue.
Incredible! Brad is our quarterly service professional. He is professionally punctual and shows genuine interest in our pest need's every time he comes to our home. Since starting service with Aptive Environmental, we rarely see any bugs on the inside nor OUTSIDE of our home!
