Brad was our service pro and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me and did a great job.
I got a Representative to my door and offered the services. I thought it was great and it was good timing too. I got service the same day by Sean and he was great and very professional.
I had Brad come out today for the protective barrier application. Brad is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second part of the initial service and I couldn't be more pleased. We literally haven't had any kind of life of a bug since. A few occasional ants but seriously the Best Bug service I have EVER experienced in all of my homes in the past. I would Highly recommend their Company. All service techs that have been here have been very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service!
These guys impressed me by being punctual and their knowlege. Also thumbs up for Robert very kind to wear booties on his work shoes in my home, a total plus.also I know the bugs will be gone for a long time, as they tackled the job in an amazing timely fashion. Thank you aptive! ����
Today Brad came out to set up and start my first service. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked efficiently and took time to answer my questions. Bryan also was informative and professional when offering your pest control service. You have good people working for your company and I am glad to be a customer!
We've had a few issues off the bat but overall really nice service pros and haven't really seen any bugs.
Aptive Environmental just came by and did their first service and so far so good. Brian answered any of my questions, and resolved any of my concerns. I'm excited that they don't just do the inside and out but also spray around my trees, and because it's plant based products they're even safe for my new fruit trees.
