Very friendly technician listens to my concerns. Does a great job no bugs.
Steven texted before he arrived asking if we had any concerns before he treated the house and exterior. I mention Brown recluse spiders. When Steven arrived to the front door he had both the spray chemicals always used, along with several traps for the spiders ( thus, he read my text reply). Steven then treated the exterior eaves and foundation. He was courteous and informative.
Max was very fast and professional. He focused on what I needed done and sent pictures when finished. I am always pleased with the service from Aptive.
Zach does a great job and is very professional.
