On July 22, 2025, an Aptive Environmental sales representative came to my home. He specifically told me the service would be a one-time treatment for $50. Based on that assurance, I agreed. At no time did I knowingly agree to enter into a contract, subscription, or recurring plan. After the service, I was later charged $199.00. Our house is still covered in bugs and yellow jackets we've been using them for over a year. We had someone come out yesterday and it's clear they charged us but no one ever came out. We have camera footage. Definitely do not reccomend. I can't ever talk to real person either it's always a robot.

Aptive service seems nearly useless unless you love taking out the spiders with your salt shooter.
