I’ve had 3 visits at aptiva so far. The first was a sports medicine evaluation and the other two were physical therapy appointments. All three visits have been excellent. I cant remember the name of the person I saw at my first visit but you could tell he has years of knowledge and experience and he made the visit comfortable for me. My two PT visits were with Simon and I am so impressed with the way he is able to evaluate my form accompanied with my pain and give me exercises to help strengthen specific muscles. I have been going through pain with my injury for two years. I have had two rounds of PT and nothing got better. Today, I saw Michael Gilbert and he was able to get to the root of my issue with a correct diagnosis that makes sense of why I was not getting better. I’m so thankful for his expertise, because my quality of life was significantly impacted with this pain. If you have any orthopedic issue, definitely go see him. Just wanna say, I’m currently going to this facility in E-Town location .Tamara very experience and knowledgeable in her line of work. her other staffs great work ethics as well are very polite and always with a smile . Doctor knooce is great with his orthopedic work . I must say my therapist Dovie brown down to earth she does an excellent Job ,working with my neck and back exercises.different routines to see which is the best pain reliever.
From the front desk to treatment room, the staff was wonderful!!!!
