What a jk ... I just called the owner he was so rude been waiting on 2 weeks for them to show up... they didnt have a issue cashing my check... they better get my part or they will be giving me my money back I'm soooooo mad my dishwasher is leaking ...do not ever hire this company ...
Needed my washer fixed (started making a horrible noise, and leaked water underneath). The repairman showed up, did not vacuum water out of drip pan, but tilted machine to look underneath, this caused water to saturate my hallway carpet and rug runner. Tech said my issue was "a clip that had come loose". I asked how a clip would cause the noise. Tech said he wasn't sure, but if we still had trouble with noise to call them back out as the ticket would be open 30 days for my home warranty co. We ran a load of laundry, noise wa... read more
DO NOT HIRE FOR ANYTHING! They were hired to repair our dryer. They came out, said they fixed it but after using it once it wouldn't work again. They NEVER came when they said they would, no showed multiple times, never had the tools necessary to complete job, after 4 weeks left with dryer in multiple pieces said they would be right back then we didn't see them again. These people are untrustworthy, not dependable, and not skilled repairman. Do not make the same mistake we did!!
