CREATING A BAD NAME FOR TOW COMPANIES APT is by far the worst towing company in Denver and needs to be shut down. They do not follow Colorado P.U.C. regulations. They over charge on their rates. They have really nice trucks because they buy parking lots and rent them to businesses that way they can tow any car the second they see you leave the parking lot without utilizing the business that rents the parking lot. Bad Company please read I was a former employee, very short time (few weeks), at this place. I moved from CA to CO and was looking for a towing company to work for. I saw an AD in the paper and went and applied. I was interviewed by a guy named Gene and was hired on the spot, without checking any references which I thought was a bit odd. They Suck! Terrible customer service I would never use this company as all there'd rivers are convicted felons and the people in the office that take the tows are all under the use of drugs! Love them! To Mr. Anonymous A. It really shows what balls you have if you can even put your name down. APT is one of the best companies out there. They have fast and efficent drivers that always want to help. The company is great! I will always use this company. Thank you APT for such a great experience.
Horrible, awful, deceiving CROOKS!!! I agree with most of these comments about how poor this service is. These people need to be put out of business. They are SO unbelievably awful. I parked in a parking lot in uptown Denver, there were no specific signs saying that one could and would be subjected to towing. After my friends and I were done for the night and were ready to head home we went to the parking lot only to find our vehicles gone. Never Again!!!! I would never recommend anyone using this service. My girlfriend's car broke down on 1-25, so she called AAA. The guy who showed up an hour later was a total dickhead. He proceeded to yell at her, telling her she gave the wrong directions to the AAA dispatcher, and that's why everything took so long. "crooked as the day is long" As a previous employee of this company i couldn't agree more with the negative reviews. They will underhand anyone they can when the chance arrives. They also have committed tax evasion yet again for a couple years now, even though one of the owners has gone to prison for it once. Money hungry a$$holes This company is run by a bunch of money hungry a$$holes. After towing my car and many others from a private lot, the tow truck drivers recklessly sped through the parking lot narrowly missing pedestrians and then actually drove off road over sidewalks just to expedite their delivery back to the yard.
