Worst apartment management I have ever encountered 🤬
Beautiful view, quiet area, and soo peaceful..... Love it and these are beautiful apartments and a nice complex!!!!!! Glad I found this place!!!! Its still nice, but a little of a let down. I called to report a missing lint screen in the dryer in the laundry room next to my apartment, but a tenant kept doing his laundry and ignored what I told him. I had to go to work, but he kept doing his laundry, so when I got home I put a sign on the dryer about the missing lint screen. The 24 hr on call maintenance said the dryer was no... read more

Best place if you want to see real crime in decatur , and the kind of crime that no one could have imagined.this is worst apartment building in the area.
