I have used this service for about 6 years now and have always had good customer service when needed.
Had issue w/camera feed which turned out to be a faulty part. Technician Charles was out and quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. Very happy with our ongoing relationship with APS.
My 34 year account with another company had been “gobbled” up eventually by a very large security company. Not only was the service impersonal but the service itself was sub par. I happened upon Aaron’s company and signed on. Charles came out to the property and was terrific! Spending hours checking everything and updating what need updating. The app that we use with their system works flawlessly. What’s more important than all that is we feel safer and better taken care of than we have been in a long time.
