My 34 year account with another company had been “gobbled” up eventually by a very large security company. Not only was the service impersonal but the service itself was sub par. I happened upon Aaron’s company and signed on. Charles came out to the property and was terrific! Spending hours checking everything and updating what need updating. The app that we use with their system works flawlessly. What’s more important than all that is we feel safer and better taken care of than we have been in a long time.
I called APS to have an updated alarm system replaced for my parent’s house and Arron provided us with quick information on a turnkey system that my 90-year-old parents could work. Arron did not try to sell us something we did not want, in fact he provided 3 simple options and provided the pros and cons to each system and let us decide which system we wanted.
