I will not tolerate lying. Patricia's price sounded reasonable and we scheduled a time for her to clean my rental property at 10am. She arrived and then called to tell me that the tenant asked her to come back at 12 noon. She also asked me to pay the full invoice. I told her that was fine with me if it was fine for tenant, but I would pay when she arrived to perform the cleaning at noon.
