April is truly a HEALER. I would recommend her to anyone who has had stiff muscles or chronic pain - you'll leave feeling like a new person - IF you can work through the discomfort. My muscles were so tense it was painful but amazing - and I left feeling so light and flexbile. 100/10 would recommend April!!
