Had such a great buying experience at Aprilia/Moto Guzzi Portland! I worked with Randy on purchasing my 2018 Tuono. Randy is a walking vault of knowlage, and helped educate me on my new motorcycle. Bought a Aprilia Tuono today from Randy. Met Randy and some other guys at the Portland auto show and was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge of the bikes and how nice of people they were. Then when I got to the buying stage of my process, Randy was fair, worked hard to earn my business, and educated me on all the different options. Everyone that I met at the shop was super nice, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys and highly recommend switching to the “A Team”. Thanks guys!!!

Every interaction with every employee from purchase to parts to the mechanics has been excellent. Prices are always fair and the people are courteous. Group events such as going for rides and watching racing are held for the bike community. After my crash, I was unable to get my bike to the mechanic for insurance inspection. As a demonstration of outstanding customer service, the team came to my house and hauled my bike for me.
