Extremely friendly and helpful 10/10 service
Could not be happier with the services I received today. I’m from NY, and brought my new to me 2019 RSV4 1100 to Florida to ride for a week. I was having clutch engagement issues that I could not figure out. I called Aprilia of Miami and was told I could bring the bike by for them to look at that morning. When I got there, Felix welcomed us and assured us that his technician, Miguel, would be able to figure it out. Best place! Excellent customer service from start to finish. The RSV4 1100 Factory I bought a few months ago is an absolutely amazing motorcycle — by far the best I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended!
