April is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market. She was spot on when it came to pricing. Due to her efforts with advertising and promoting my home, I believe we had 15 showings booked the 1st two days of showings. We had to cancel the last 3 showings scheduled, because 4 offers were made on my house in just 3 days. AMAZING!!! Thank you April for all your efforts!!!
