Very frustrated with there billing office. I have now been on the phone with 6 different people and continue to have the same issue - I’m being billed for a service Ive already paid for and have a receipt to prove it. They offered a discount if I paid the day of the service. I agreed, got a receipt and confirmation email in MyChart. Then a month later was billed for the same service. My husband is getting radiation for recurring prostate cancer. I'm scared..the minute I walked into this beautiful building, a calm came over me..a serenity I've never felt even in church. I felt like I wasn't alone..its hard to describe. I sat in lower level watching out these amazing windows at a pond, and flowers and trees and for the first time in weeks I could breathe and relax..I still get this calmness everytime we come daily for his treatments. Beautiful building, great people. My favorite is the outdoor spaces!!! The center offers so many events and offerings for the public too.
Came here to help my family member with a wig as they have that nice service at a location. made an appointment online and got a confirmation. -100 stars for April Sampson! Showed up on appt day and the girl who works for cancer partners with completely ignored us and was rude asking if we even had an appointment.
