Wonderful staff, they communicate very well and always try to make sure you are comfortable for a long stay or a short visit. They always tell you what they are doing and how long the process should take. The new building is pretty nice as well.
Very frustrated with there billing office. I have now been on the phone with 6 different people and continue to have the same issue - I’m being billed for a service Ive already paid for and have a receipt to prove it. They offered a discount if I paid the day of the service. I agreed, got a receipt and confirmation email in MyChart. Then a month later was billed for the same service. My husband is getting radiation for recurring prostate cancer. I'm scared..the minute I walked into this beautiful building, a calm came over me..a serenity I've never felt even in church. I felt like I wasn't alone..its hard to describe. I sat in lower level watching out these amazing windows at a pond, and flowers and trees and for the first time in weeks I could breathe and relax..I still get this calmness everytime we come daily for his treatments. Beautiful building, great people. My favorite is the outdoor spaces!!! The center offers so many events and offerings for the public too.
