April has not helped me with any real estate tasks, however, she has done many things to help others. She is honest in what she says, she goes out of her way to help others (she has helped my kids many times with rides, treats, or helping them to feel good), and she understands neighborhoods and the influence school and people have where you live.
April is so kind, and she genuinely cares about the people she helps. She kept my best interests in mind, and never tried to dictate what I should do, but was knowledgeable enough to give me all the information I needed to make an appropriate choice. Then, when over ten other people were trying for the house I wanted, her skills kicked in, and using knowledge about me, she was able to get it, even though others were offering cash and I needed a mortgage.
