In 2010 we first started with Juergen and April. In a down market they helped us get a very good price in 7 days. Their advice especially on pricing was essential. They were responsive and helpful each time we needed them. Paired with the sale they represented us in the purchase of another home that had some special ownership considerations. Great experience purchasing my home with April and Jurgen's help. They give you access to their websites so you can search on your own, their site will send you notifications of new offerings coming into the market and they will give realistic advice on any specific questions you may have on a given property.
