Worst experience I ever have in the entire country. We took our 5 yo boy to Immediate care on Main Street because he was itchy and his face was swollen and reddish. I really like the service at this location everyone is so caring but I can't say the same about April Johnson (NP). Hateful staff, esp to those with chronic illnesses that may flair. They refused to treat me because I have a few chronic conditions. I was considered not urgent, even though my throat was closing up from what feels like infection. This was considered to be non-urgent. I can breathe but it's difficult to drink or eat anything. I was dizzy and asked for a wheelchair. I never got the Wheeler and had to walk to a bathroom. If your weak, feeling bad, a wheelchair is a smart idea.
