April is knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately, the office does not respond to phone calls and any problems do not get resolved efficiently when dealing with the office. April is a five star practioner but is working in a 2 star (at best) office.
April Golla fails to respond to phone calls. We called to request a less expensive medication to be prescribed. That was in August 2022. After leaving 4 (or more) phone calls with messages, It is now November. This is unacceptable and the patient's condition has indeed worsened. We will be filing a report with the Idaho Nursing Board for medical neglect.
