Don't go here. Find another doctor immediately! The wait time to get in to see her is ridiculous and she dropped the ball on getting me referred to a specialist she insisted I go too for a life threatening illness (plus told me if I didn't listen to her I'd die in front of my 5 year old daughter!). Once I finally got into the specialist, Gardner had missed so much, and misdiagnosed me severely. I had gone to her for years and trusted her but she failed me in my hour of need. She's bad news!
Dr. Gardner & her associates & staff have always given me excellent care & personalized attention. She takes the TIME to LISTEN to my concerns. Her staff members are congenial & helpful. Wait time is an issue for some patients, but not to me, because I know she will take the time w/ me that I need. I know she is delayed b/c she's giving all her patients the time they need.
Recently had an appointment with Dr. Rizk. Let me start by saying I NEVER take the time to write a review regardless of the situation. Hands down the worst doctor I have ever met. I am a successful individual who has been prescribed a medicine for 3 years. He refused to write me a script even after my previous office sent him the records he requested. Dr Gardner is a good doctor but if you visit this office plan on being in the waiting room for a minimum of 1 hour but generally it is more like 2 to 2.5 hours. I am not sure why Dr Gardner doesn t hire a nurse that understands how to schedule patients better. To be a patient here you must have great patience.Another thing I can t stand is if you have to get multiple medications refilled you have to do part now and come back in a couple of days for the others. Not great, took 2 months to get in then waited 2 hours to see her. Now she wants me to come in for 2 more visits when most doctors would have gotten the same routine physical type things done in one visit...thinking this is to make more money...bedside manner not great either...really disappointed considering the other reviews.
There is no comparison. Even when I lived in Indiana I would wait to see her instead of going to a local doctor. I would NEVER change doctors. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had.
I refer all to her. She is really a great Dr.
Dr. Gardner is worth the wait! She will give you all the attention and time you deserve. Very caring!
