In the age of Uber, star inflation is rampant, but here it’s totally true. I pity the fool who thinks they can do better than April Baker as their realtor. She’s amazingly dedicated and smart and talented. We’ve lived in our new home she helped us find for more than a year now, and every day we feel lucky for the house we’ve found. We look back on houses we thought might work (that she nudged us to reconsider) and thank our stars. She’ll help you get the house you’ll love, and you’ll thank her for it.
April is everything you could want in a realtor! She is honest, hard-working, very detail-oriented, and she absolutely knows her stuff! She was willing to let us see whichever houses we wanted, but was quick to catch when one was missing major must-haves so we didn’t waste our time. April was invaluable with every facet of our new home purchase. Anyone would be lucky to have her, and we will recommend her without reservation to anyone who asks. She deftly handled our initial questions about remodeling, walked us through various options, and then arranged house visits of course until we found our dream home. Then she continued to provide guidance regarding inspections, negotiations, and strategy selling our old home. I feel sorry for the other realtors who have to try to measure up against April Baker.
