April is extremely dedicated to her clients. She knows the market she serves, and has a great deal of knowledge on both home values, and what will need work (and who to call, if need be!) She is smart, knows the area very well, and her attention to client needs & wants is first rate. Best decision ever made, going with the best realtor in the Forest Park area!!
In the age of Uber, star inflation is rampant, but here it’s totally true. I pity the fool who thinks they can do better than April Baker as their realtor. She’s amazingly dedicated and smart and talented. We’ve lived in our new home she helped us find for more than a year now, and every day we feel lucky for the house we’ve found.
