Wonderful! Dr Prada and his staff are amazing. When we arrived, the staff were expecting us and greeted us by name. They were accommodating and very kind. Not only is Dr. Prada knowledgeable and highly competent, he is sensitive and compassionate and takes time to talk to and explain everything to you.

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the time you leave from your visit, everyone is genuine! The entire staff cares and works together to get you in and out. The ease of scheduling an appointment and the appointment reminders are nice. My orthodontist recommended them and I'm so glad they did! :)
