I found them to be efficient and very businesslike in our dealings. I realize that they have rules they must follow and appreciate the fact that they do explain the reasons when asked. Many are required by the insurance companies or Medicare. Would recommend this company

Very poor telephone service - will not answer generic questions without asking Name / Address / Social Security # / Date of birth / Home telephone # / Email address. All I was asking was: what are your hours and can I walk into your office without appointment.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to
