Apria is ruining my life! The machine they gave me suffocates me at night — and now it’s the reason I’m not allowed back to work. I support a wife and child, and because of this garbage equipment and a sleep study I never should’ve done, I’ve lost everything. If your job requires a physical, do NOT go for a sleep study. And absolutely avoid Apria. Now I’m stuck on $170/week disability. I’m depressed, desperate, and no one cares. Apria doesn’t care if they wreck your life. Just a number to them.
It was an easy set up, not uncomfortable at all and very quiet machine. I'm looking forward for the results...
Equipment was to arrive Monday and I received a call but it did not and I was told it would be here Wednesday but it was not, it came Thursday evening. Now I have get distilled water which I did not know, in order to use. Not Apria’s fault.
Good luck calling and getting someone. Only speak to them when they call me. Waited on hold over 20 minutes six time. Still I have not spoken to an actually person.
If there were less than 5 Stars I would select it. Absolute worst company to deal with. The machine was awful, instructions to use the machine and set up communications with the company to see my daily progress were non-existent. Calls for help went unanswered. On my own I found an app that scanned the QR code on the machine every morning to report progress, and the reports never transmitted, so they said.
