They bill you before shipping. Then their staff uses the funds that you paid for god knows what and then they send you to collections. You explain to all 3 collection agencies and send them proof that it’s paid. So what do they do. They send it to a 4th collection agency. I do not recommend using them. It’s cheaper to buy your product from Amazon.
NOT happy with their online service/phone service ! called them to update my insurance and order supplies , over a month later still no supplies . called again to be told there was never an order placed ! ridiculous waste of time
If I could give a negative number I would! Terrible customer service, and giving inaccurate information.
Do not use this company. They double bill you. They told me I owed money what they didn’t tell me was they were billing me and my insurance company. I’m actually going thru the process thru my insurance company because they tried to bill me for money that the insurance didn’t pay because they billed (coded) it incorrectly. You are not. The worst company to buy cpap supplies, they only care about the money they overcharge. If it's not with the insurance. They will not send that out until they get paid. I will not recommend them. It's too bad that there not too many companies. To buy your supplies. Again, I will not recommend them.
