I am new to using a CPAP and over the past 45 days it has been difficult for me to find a nose mask that has been both tight fitting and comfortable. At times I’ve been tempted to give up and ignore my doctor’s recommendation. But each time I brought back a mask to the Apria store in Biloxi — which issued the machine to me — they patiently and sympathetically allowed me to try an alternative. I had lost a part for my CPAP machine and the friendly staff were able to replace it for me immediately.
Was out of stste on vacation in Biloxi and realized I didn't pack part of my Cpap.Foud them online and drove over from the hotel. The staff there were not only friendly but very helpful. Took care of me quickly so I could enjoy my vacation.
Not helpful, poor customer service. Only want your money, don’t care if you are benefiting from product.
