What an awful experience. Hounded my mom for payment even though she paid online and called to schedule pick up for the bed and hoyer lift when my dad was still using the bed. Still called the next day when my dad sadly passed asking to pick up. Asked them for a day as he had just passed and we were waiting for the mortuary to pick him up. Was told by doctor that the machine would ship to thier office and they would call me to set up an appointment to go over it and set it up. Came to my house on Tuesday by UPS. Text came that evening if I needed any help to text them back. Text said someone would call me back in a day or 2. Still have not received a call from them 3 days later.

The machine seems to be working fine.But the nose pillow let's my mouth fall open or it leaks if I consciously hold my mouth closed. I broke my nose in February. I think I will try one of the under the nose and over the mouth masks next. I have used the over the nose and mouth and after I broke my nose they are very uncomfortable. And I have had leakage problems. I guess I will keep trying till I find the right one. Thanks for the inquiry, Helen
