Edit #3 - If there was a negative number they would win hands down, They can not ship the correct product to save their life. Have only had 1 correct order, on 3rd reorder and they are shipping product that I have never ordered (or been prescribed) and saying it shipped 7-10 days delivery call at end of that window and telling me it shipped, then pull tracking once arrived and look at packing order and it only shows order placed on day of follow up call. New APAP user here. Mask that came in the mailed "Starter Kit" will not work. Called to see if I could come in to an Apria location and get help with being fit for the right mask. I was told that Apria chooses to do this important step over the phone. I hope this works or it will cost me out-of-pocket.
Poor poor customer service. We are new to the cpap and expected a therapist to sit with us and explain the cpap and be fitted for a mask. We were told no. Just pick it up. They only have two therapists. Also was quoted the wrong price. When requesting a therapist, I was promised a call twice and still have yet to receive a call.

I was on hold too long before i was able to talk to anyone. One half hour both times i had to call. Other than that A1 service.
