Worst customer service! They charge your card without your permission and then makes you wait weeks to get it back! Would leave 0 stars if I could!!! I even said twice I did not give permission to charge me card! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was asked why. I asked that is why! You took my money without my permission that is why!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Customer service is a complete joke. They barely speak english and will transfer or hang up on you if they don't have the correct answer for your question.
they set you up on a automatic call machine and then you have to call them back if you want supplies in 2 days that auto call, called me 16 times I asked them to remove me and to call me personally kept getting auto call ended up blocking that number and in almost a years time have not gotten one call from them for supplies.

These people don't deserve a ZERO THEY GET A ZERO +++ My BiPap machine broke I had another sleep study done and it was determined that I still need the machine due to major Sleep Apnea. I also have major heart issues 3 heart attacks and a open heart plus a Defibrillator and pacemaker. I have been without a machine for a week now. And even though my doctors office told them that I have no restrictions on my insurance that would keep me from getting a new one they said I wouldn't qualify for 2 months. So me ... read more
